Overview:
You could say the title says it all - use the unpaid rent as a leverage and get three sexy housewives to let you have some fun with their bodies in exchange for waiving part of their debt. Corrupt them further to unlock new, more "expensive" actions and make the already unlocked ones even more lewd.
There is no fighting, time limits, dead ends or bad endings - take your time and have fun.
WARNING! This game is strongly focused on corruption - some people can find the some contents to be off-putting, so check the Genre and Genre extended tags!​

The attachement is optional - it contains translation CSV files in case someone wants to create additional uncensor patch for 2 lines of dialogue that I toned down (comparing anal sex to shitting).

Well, the dev created in game warning for enema event, I added this warning here because I found some stuff included in the game to be pretty close to my limit.

I mean... pretty sure Kolo meant as in
"porn logic is in full effect so my goal with the translation is to make it sound hot than actually logical"
besides it's not like he rewrote the dialogue to make it sound cringey, have unnecessary fetish and/or go against the original plot like a certain other game

Just to alliterate, don't do this in real life, even if she agrees to have sex, it won't end well for you. Not only is it a form of prostitution, it is also sexual assault, human trafficking, tax evasion, fraud, conspiracy, sexual exploitation, breach of contract, endangerment, it violates the tenant-landlord laws, and public indecency if it's in a semi-public space.

Look, I'm pretty sure like virtually none of us will try that shit, that's what makes it fictional and fun like GTA. And I doubt any of us owns apartments and is a landlord, even if they do, they're not that stupid unless they wanna make the headlines.
