Yeah I was such a deep sleeper as a kid that I slept through an hour of people banging on my door, calling the house, (back then the phones wrang really loud) and even firemen coming through the window of the room I was in. I have insomnia and can set an alarm and be up 20mins after I fall asleep if I need to be somewhere. But if I fall asleep and dont have to be anywhere within 5hrs, I go to sleep and wake up on my own. Anywhere from 2 to 4 hrs later. Makes for a VERY short night😵🤭
